Everyone wants to have clear, smooth skin that glows, yet hyperpigmentation, elasticity loss, and dark circles are some of the most frequent face problems that people complain about.
Yoga is always good for your overall health and well-being. We do have a variety of yoga exercises to practise based on the problem. In this position, the entire body is raised while the hands and feet remain on the ground. The body is seen in a hill shape. After one to two minutes, slowly release the position.
Keep your back straight while folding your knees and placing your hips on the heels of your legs. Now take a deep breath in, hold it for a while, and then slowly let it out while simultaneously opening your eyes and tongue as far as you can. Maintaining this posture for 30 seconds
You must stand upright in this position and lift your hands upward. And begin to slowly bend downwards till your palms reach the floor and your head touches the knees. Nearly all of your body's muscles are stretched out, your neurological system is revived, and the blood supply to your face is improved.
4. Cupping/palming pose
This is a simple trick that you can do anywhere and anytime
Rub your hands rapidly so that they must get warm. And place the palm on the circles. Gently press and hold it for 30 seconds
5. The V pose
Make a V with the index finger and middle finger with both hands. Close your eyes and place that v on above and below your eye and press in slightly. Then rotate your eyes in a circular motion from left to right and right to left for 5 to 10 minutes. Repeat this exercise daily.
Did yoga helps in reducing dark spots?
Dark spots on the face appear as a result of excess production of melanin and overactive pigment cells. This mainly happens due to a lack of proper oxygenation in the body. Yoga generally helps in improving oxygen flow and blood circulation in the body. While yoga poses pressurise all the nerves and stresses the body making the body sweat which flushes out toxins and maintains proper circulation in the body; resulting in glowing skin.
Here are yoga poses that help you in removing dark spots and give clear skin.
