  • Mix two spoons of virgin olive oil and half a cup of brown sugar according to the thickness required. Apply it on your skin and massage it deeply and leave it for 15 minutes and wash it.

  • Take a bowl and add one spoon of brown sugar and one spoon of apple cider vinegar and one spoon of lemon juice and half a cup of oatmeal and mix them well till it becomes a thick paste. Massage it gently on your skin and leave it for 10 minutes. And rinse it off.
