2. Makhana Raita:

One cup of dahi/curd, ½ cup of makhana, ½ tablespoon of chili powder and chopped green chili, ¼ tablespoon of cumin powder, chat masala, and black pepper, 2 tablespoons ghee and salt as per taste.

Heat the ghee in a pan, add Makhana, and roast it for 8-10 minutes on a low flame, and allow it to cool. Now add curd in another cooking bowl and stir it for a while and add other ingredients to it. Refrigerate them for an hour. Now add roasted makhana to it and your makhana raita is ready to be served.
