As mentioned above skin allergies can occur because of various factors, a few of which are listed below. Usually allergic symptoms appear when our immune system is unable to fight the allergy or sometimes it is mostly a new allergy that our body has never experienced and has no immunity for.

And the other times when an allergy enters the body or comes into contact with the surface of the skin, the immune system recognises it as a foreign substance and tries to fight it, as a result, of the reaction between the immune system and the allergy, itching, headaches, nausea, rashes, redness, tears, and cough are developed.

And coming to allergies on the skin also called allergic dermatitis, occur when our immune system reacts rapidly to a foreign substance or the allergy rapidly producing an antibody called immunoglobulin E, which further helps in releasing a chemical called Histamine in the body.

This histamine in the blood flow causes the blood vessels to dilate and clears a way for the immune cells to site in the affected areas. And this results in some reactions on the skin such as swelling, itching, and redness.

Here are a few reasons that trigger skin allergies, such as specific foods, insect bites, plants, pollen deposits, cloth material, chemicals and cosmetics.

Yes, allergies can sometimes go away naturally, but it depends on the specific allergy and the individual. Some allergies, such as food allergies and insect sting allergies, can disappear on their own over time, while others, such as seasonal allergies and allergic asthma, may persist or worsen over time.

It's important to note that allergies are often lifelong conditions, and there is no cure for them. However, there are treatments available that can help manage symptoms, such as antihistamines, nasal sprays, and allergy shots. In some cases, avoiding the allergen or making lifestyle changes can also help alleviate symptoms.

If you suspect that you have an allergy, it's best to consult with a healthcare professional or an allergist for proper diagnosis and treatment. They can help determine the cause of your allergy and provide you with appropriate treatment options.
